Tip of the Week: Liquid-cooled turbochargers

Motoring TV mechanic Bill Gardiner is no stranger to cutaway engines.
In fact, he tends to gravitate towards them at auto shows, as was the case at the 2016 Canadian International AutoShow in Toronto.
And it was there that he stumbled upon a cutaway of Infiniti's new twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre V6.
And it was the liquid-cooled mastery of the engine that impressed him most, something he discusses at length in this Tip of the Week.
