Issue: On certain vehicles, there may be a problem with the headlamp control units. This could cause the left or right headlight not to work, and/or cause a loss of turn signal lights. Safety Risk: A loss of headlights and/or turn signals would reduce visibility and could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Toyota will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the headlamp control unit(s).
