On certain vehicles, the fuel pressure sensor may not have been tightened properly when the corrective measure of recall 2012-074 was performed. As a result, the fuel pressure sensor may loosen over time, which could cause a fuel leak. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and retighten the fuel pressure sensor as necessary. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
