Certain vehicles may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 208 - Occupant Protection. Improper passenger airbag folding could prevent the airbag from inflating as intended. A front passenger airbag that does not inflate as intended during a crash (where deployment is warranted) could increase the risk of injury to the front passenger occupant. Correction: Dealers will replace the passenger airbag module. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
