Details |
On certain vehicles, bolts securing the front lower control arm ball joint to the steering knuckle may not have been tightened to specification and could loosen. This could result in the lower control arm separating from the steering knuckle while driving, resulting in a loss of steering control and increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect bolts and tighten to specification as necessary. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
