Certain vehicles may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 202 - Head Restraints. If subjected to load in the highest adjustment position, the rear seat head restraints may move to the next lower adjustment position, being displaced in excess of what is allowable in the standard.
