On certain vehicles, fuel line quick connectors - located under the vehicle away from the engine compartment - may not have been connected properly during vehicle assembly. A partial dislocation of the quick connector could cause a fuel leak. Fuel leakage could result in a vehicle fire causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect the connection of the fuel line quick connectors and install a new retaining clamp. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
