On certain vehicles, an incorrectly manufactured brake master cylinder may allow brake fluid to slowly leak into the brake booster assembly. Brake fluid leakage could ultimately result in a reduction of braking capability, which could increase the vehicle's stopping distance and cause a crash with personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if required, replace the brake master cylinder assembly. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
