On certain vehicles, the cramping connection of the front safety belt buckle to the steel rope of the tensioner could detach in severe frontal crashes and could cause serious injuries to the driver and/or front passenger. Correction: Dealer will inspect both front safety belt tensioner and buckle assemblies, and replace any affected parts. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
