On certain vehicles, the transmission shifter cable may become dislodged from the shifter cable bracket resulting in incorrect gear indication, which can include the park position. Correction: Dealers will install a strap to the shifter cable adjuster to prevent the cable from dislodging from the bracket. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
