THE LEFT HAND LOWER CONTROL ARM TO FRAME REAR NUT MAY BE TIGHTENED BELOW THE SPECIFIED TORQUE. THIS MAY ALLOW THE ATTACHMENT BOLT TO LOOSEN AND SUBSEQUENTLY FATIGUE AND BREAK. BOLT BREAKAGE COULD RESULT IN SEPARATION OF THE LEFT HAND CONTROL ARM FROM THE FRAME CAUSING LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND A CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. CORRECTION: DEALERS WILL TIGHTEN THE LEFT HAND LOWER CONTROL ARM TO FRAME REAR NUT TO THE PROPER TORQUE SPECIFICATION. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
