CARBURETOR THROTTLE SHAFTS MAY BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO DIRT CONTAMINATION AND WEAR OF THE BEARING COATINGS. THIS COULD CAUSE THE SECONDARY THROTTLE PLATES TO REMAIN PARTIALLY OPEN AFTER THE DRIVER HAS RELEASED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL.
