The 2021 Toyota Prius and Prius Prime receive a number of technological updates, such as the addition of the Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 suite of driver assistance features and Android Auto compatibility as standard equipment (joining Apple CarPlay). All models get a seven-inch centre display as standard. An electric AWD system can be specified to provide extra traction in certain driving situations. The Prius Prime continues to stand out with about 40 kilometres of EV range.
