The Toyota Corolla may not be the most fun car to drive in its category, but it's nonetheless one of the bestsellers. The latest Corolla has seen its appearance updated, but it still has the same platform and mechanical organs as before. This means the 1.8-litre mill is still on the job, even though the automatic gearbox was replaced by a CVT (there’s also a 6-speed manual available, as well as a 4-speed automatic in the Corolla CE).
