Toyota 4Runner
Virtually unchanged since 2009, the 4Runner adds two special models for 2021—Nightshade and Trail. It’s one of the last remaining SUVs to use a body-on-frame construction instead of a unibody structure. Highly dependable and super-tough, the 4Runner uses a 4.0-litre V6 engine that delivers 270 horsepower and 278 pound-feet of torque via a five-speed automatic transmission. A part-time 4WD system is included, too. Max towing is rated at 5,000 pounds.
