Tesla Model S
After turning more than its fair share of heads with its Roadster, California-based Tesla is launching the Model S, a fully electric four-door sedan. Every Model S comes with the same engine that transmits power to the rear wheels thanks to a one-speed gearbox. The Performance model goes from 0-100 km/h in a mere 4.4 seconds and the driving range for the batteries is estimated at 480 kilometres.
