Porsche 911
The 911 has gone through important modifications for 2009. Cosmetic changes are somewhat subtle, inside and out, but it is the mechanical improvements that are most important. First, depending on the version, the 911 gets an increase in power output between 20 and 30 horsepower, in part because of a new direct fuel injection system. A new sequential transmission named PDK replaces the now defunct Tiptronic system, finally enabling faster and more precise speed changes than with a traditional manual transmission. But do not fear, the manual transmission is still available for all versions.
