Mitsubishi Lancer
Although it may be past its prime, the Mitsubishi Lancer remains an attractive option, offering one of the best warranties on the market. It comes standard with a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, but you can always go for a 2.4-litre unit if you want more performance. All Wheel Control is available with the bigger engine. The basic transmission is a five-speed manual with the 2.0-litre engine, while a CVT automatic is optional—and standard with the 2.4-litre engine.
