The CLA is a FWD sedan that shares the same basic drivetrain and platform with the B-Class. The CLA 250 has the same direct-injected 208-horspower turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, bolted to a double-clutch 7-speed automatic gearbox, with available 4Matic all-wheel drive. Need more brawn? The CLA 45 AMG 4Matic version has a 355-horspower version of the 2-litre, as well as tighter suspensions and more aggressive body language. Being a 4-door coupe, all CLAs have a rather cozy back seat area.
