Mazda MX-30
Equipped with a 35.5kWh battery enabling no more than 161 km of range, the MX-30 fails to attract many EV customers. The range-extending model that Mazda offers in Europe won’t come to North America. Output is limited to 143 horsepower, which makes passing manoeuvres a challenge. In fact, acceleration from 0-100 km/h requires nearly 10 full seconds. What’s more, access to the rear seats is tight, and cargo room is anything but generous.
