The Sonata midsize sedan received a significant update last year including revised styling, a new interior and even some powertrain changes. Hyundai now offers a simplified lineup with Preferred Trend and N Line models. The base price has gone up given the elimination of cheaper models. In addition to a naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine producing 191 horsepower, a turbocharged unit rated at 290 horsepower is available. All-wheel drive is available on the base engine.
