The Elantra sedan has been completely redesigned for 2017 with a new style, more refinement and a more efficient powertrain. Its 2.0L four-cylinder develops 147 horsepower and consumes as little as 7.4L/100 km combined city/highway. The five-door Elantra GT is a little sportier with its 173 horsepower while consuming 8.6L/100 km combined. With the rear seatbacks lowered, the GT version has a 1,444 cargo volume.
