Honda Pilot
Recently updated, the third-generation Honda Pilot is trading in its boxy lines for curvier ones this year. It's still powered by a 3.5-litre V6, but the Pilot's engineers modernized it with the noteworthy additions, like direct injection and a cylinder deactivation system that improves fuel economy. Buyers have a choice of two new automatic transmissions: the first is a 6-speed, and the second is a 9-speed reserved for the Pilot Touring.
