Honda Accord
The Accord coupe and sedan are powered by a 185-hp 2.4L four-cylinder (189-hp in the Sport) or by a 278-hp 3.5L V6. With the four, a six-speed manual gearbox is standard, while an impressive CVT is optional. The V6 offers a six-speed automatic and the manual (coupe only). 2014 brings two hybrids to the line-up: regular and plug-in. Both feature a 2L Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder and … no transmission, thanks to clever computer control of motors and clutches.
