The Terrain is all-new for 2025, looking more rugged on the outside and more technologically advanced on the inside. The Elevation model replaces both the entry-level SLE and SLT, but the rugged AT4 and luxurious Denali will come later as 2026 models. The turbocharged 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine under the hood produces 175 horsepower and either 184 lb-ft of torque (FWD) or 203 lb-ft (AWD). An eight-speed automatic transmission and a new CVT are available.
