The GMC Canyon is a carbon copy of the Chevrolet Colorado truck (or is it the opposite?). Three engines are available: a 185 horsepower 2.9-litre four-cylinder, a 242 horsepower 3.7-litre five-cylinder, and a 300 horsepower 5.3-litre V8. Regular, extended, and crew cab, regular or long box, two or four-wheel drive. For 2010, the Canyon mid-size truck comes standard with inflatable side impact curtains. This is a good buy, but the buyer should be careful not to go for many expensive options.
