This year, Ford’s midsized utility vehicle receives some cosmetic updates, new alloy wheel designs and several other minor changes. As for powertrains, there’s a 290-horsepower, 3.5-litre V6, a fuel-efficient turbocharged, 2.3-litre four cylinder with 280 horsepower as well as a 365-horsepower, twin-turbo, 3.5-litre V6 in the Explorer Sport. Available features include all-wheel drive, a two-pane panoramic sunroof and a SYNC 3 infotainment system.
