Dodge Hornet
With the return of the Hornet name, Dodge is reminding us all that Chrysler bought AMC in 1987. This compact SUV shares its platform with the Alfa Romeo Tonale and is manufactured on the same assembly line in Italy. Base models feature a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine producing 268 horsepower, while R/T models use a plug-in hybrid system built around a turbocharged 1.3-litre engine. Output increases to 288 horsepower and zero-emission range is rated at 53 km.
