Chevrolet Silverado 1500
In the endless war between full-size pickup manufacturers from Detroit, Chevrolet still trails Ford and Ram by a significant margin. The Silverado is available in a wide variety of configurations and trim levels, including a selection of five engines. Two of them are a turbocharged 2.7-litre four-cylinder and a 3.0-litre turbo-diesel six-cylinder. Off-road driving enthusiasts should consider the Trail Boss model, although that one is not on the same level as the Ford F-150 Raptor.
