Chevrolet Corvette
The revolution continues for the eighth-generation Corvette. Following the mid-mounted engine configuration, here comes a new hybrid variant with all-wheel drive called E-Ray, producing 655 horsepower and sprinting from 0-100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds. The Corvette Z06 delivers similar performance with a flat-plane crankshaft 5.5-litre V8 rated at 670 horsepower. The base Corvette Stingray only musters 490 horsepower. But wait, an even more extreme model is said to be in the works.
