BMW i3
For 2019, BMW's fully electric city car benefits from a bigger-capacity battery pack, which provides an estimated range of 246 kilometres—a 30% increase—according to the automaker. The gasoline engine acting as an on-board generator is still available, which increases range by about 129 km. The four-seat i3 is equipped with a 170-horsepower powertrain, or 180 in the case of the sportier i3s, and this year, the car gets some interior colour changes.
