2015 Kia Soul EV: Best Range in Class!

The dashboard looks a lot like the one in the regular Soul.

The headlamps are different than those on the gas version.

Even though it is an all-electric engine, Kia made it look like a gas engine.

The transmission comes with a B mode to engage the engine brake.

The interior is bright.

The instrumentation is not the same as on the gas-powered Soul.

It’s not 14.5L/100 km, but rather 14.5 km/kWh!

When the battery is fully charged, the vehicle’s range is 160 km.

These new electric symbols will take some getting used to.

The heating system is adapted for the realities of an electric vehicle.

True to its electric roots, the Soul EV comes with various screens displaying information on electricity consumption, battery performance, etc.

In back, there is just a few millimetres less legroom compared to the gas version.

Under the floor of the trunk is a wire for charging the battery.
