Ariel Commemorates 10 Years with Mugen Edition

The diminutive, high-revving engines have lent themselves well to the small cars nimble nature, and to commemorate 10 years of excellent collaboration, Ariel is celebrating with this: a Mugen edition.

Upping the horsepower from 245 to 270, the Mugen edition is easily identifiable by its very anime-inspired paint job, and each model will come with a unique plaque signed by both the Ariel and Mugen technicians that worked on the vehicle and its powerplant. Of course, just like the rest of the Honda-powered Ariel Atoms out there, this one will remain forbidden fruit for those of us residing in North America.
