2025 World Car Awards: Meet the Finalists
The finalists for the 2025 World Car Awards were announced today at CES in Las Vegas. Ten vehicles have been shortlisted in the top category, and a further five have been named as finalists in six categories.
This first selection is the result of a secret ballot by a jury of 96 automotive journalists from 30 countries around the world—including yours truly—with the votes compiled by KPMG.

The top three finalists in each category will be announced on March 4 following another round of voting by the jurors. The winners will then be crowned at the 2025 New York Auto Show on Wednesday, April 16.
