2025 Ford Bronco Adds Style, Brings Back Base Trim

The Free Wheeling package and Stroppe Special Edition are not the only changes to the Ford Bronco lineup for 2025. Great news: this week’s announcement in the U.S. also applies north of the border, as confirmed to The Car Guide by a Ford Canada spokesperson.

First, customers looking to give their Bronco a darker look can opt for a new Black Appearance pack that includes a Shadow Black removable hardtop, as well as black mirror caps, fender flares, door handles and graphics package. The black grille features white BRONCO lettering.

Additionally, the Black Appearance package on Broncos with the Sasquatch package adds gloss-black painted aluminum wheels with a black beadlock ring.

Another interesting option is a factory-installed Matte Clear Film that adds a stylish matte finish to any colour in the Bronco’s palette while helping protect the paint. It will be available on both two- and four-door body styles and all models except the Bronco Raptor, Ford says.

More Content and Refinement Inside

Every 2025 Ford Bronco includes new standard equipment and features, starting with a 12-inch digital gauge cluster that replaces the existing 8-inch display and physical speedometer. Originally introduced for Bronco Raptor, the premium display sports vivid graphics, dedicated animations for each G.O.A.T. mode, and a more attractive presentation of driving data.

Elsewhere, designers have added dedicated air conditioning vents for second-row passengers on four-door Broncos, plus additional interior lighting and sound insulation for a more pleasant driving experience. The B&O audio system now features 12 speakers instead of 10 including a new subwoofer, while Bronco Sasquatch-equipped models ride on new 35-inch Goodyear Territory tires that are quieter than before at highway speeds, Ford claims.

Last but not least, the base trim returns after a one-year hiatus and the Black Diamond trim becomes a package for the Big Bend.

Ford has opened order banks in the U.S., with deliveries set to begin this winter. Canadian customers will have to be a little more patient. Pricing has yet to be announced.
