Podcast: 2025 Ram 1500 And 2024 McLaren 750S Test Drives
On the latest episode of The Car Guide Podcast, LP gives us his driving impressions on the 2025 Ram 1500. This capable workhorse is losing its V8 HEMI engine for 2025. Instead, buyers will have to choose between two variants of the twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre inline-six Hurricane engine. Of course, the V6 Pentastar engine remains in the catalogue as the base engine. LP underlines the truck’s impressive capabilities in terms of accelerations with both standard and high output variants of the Hurricane. A new Tungsten variant is also available and is now the crown jewel of the Ram 1500 lineup with exclusive seating and premium materials and textures inside.
Gab was in Las Vegas earlier this month to drive the new 2024 McLaren 750S. This new nameplate replaces the 720S with more character, more track-oriented features and more equipment. Gab underlines the fact that, although the 750S is a track beast, it also has all the bells and whistles to be driven on a daily basis. However, like all things exotic, the 750S is reserved for the very wealthy, with a starting price of $363,300.
