ALBI le Géant Donates $50,000 During Leucan's Shaved Head Challenge
Many car dealers are involved in charitable work and sometimes their effort deserves to be highlighted. We thought we would do just that with ALBI le Géant.
As a matter of fact, the company recently joined Leucan Laurentides-Lanaudière for the Shaved Head Challenge’s main event, held last May 13.
Communications and Marketing Vice President Cathy Laroche and Graphic Designer Joanie Martel have taken up the challenge. Even Sales Director Jean-Sébastien Racette has decided to participate!
The initial goal of $10,000 was quickly reached, and finally, an amount of $51,433 was collected; five times more than expected, which is a tremendous success!
The funds will go towards pediatric oncology research, as well as financial and psychological support for families of cancer-stricken children.
And that’s not all! ALBI le Géant has also committed to give an additional amount to Leucan for each vehicle sold between May 13 and May 21. Kudos to them!
