Redesigned Kia Sportage gets a whole new look
Kia has released images of the redesigned Sportage compact crossover ahead of its world premier at the Frankfurt International Motor Show next month.
The Sportage retains much of the same profile of the outgoing model from the B-pillar back, with its swept-back silhouette that features a tapered roof line.
It's in front of the B-pillar that the Sportage gets its most radical change, with a look that is a far cry from the popular third generation.
The new Sportage features a front end design that has much more of a European flair to it than other models in the Kia lineup, and adds a "tiger nose" grille, something that has become a staple for Kia design in recent years.
Expect more details on the redesigned Sportage, including powertrain information, when the "official" unveil takes place Sept. 15 in Geneva.
