Clarkson, Hammond And May's New Show? The Grand Tour

After a few weeks without news, we finally learned more about Top Gear UK's previous hosts' new show: destined to air on Amazon, it will be named The Grand Tour.

This name is great for two reasons. First of all, it is a good description of the show: each week, the trio will travel to a new place and film an episode there.

The other reason is simpler: the initials (GT) are a little tongue-in-cheek joke to the guys' old show, Top Gear (TG)!
The Grand Tour will air this fall.

This announcement's timing is also perfect. Top Gear is also about to start their next season (which will be available on Netflix, by the way): with a new cast and a revamped formula, the rivality between GT and TG should be interesting to watch.
