A Sportier Volvo XC90
Volvo buyers in the UK can now order a sportier variant of its acclaimed XC90, the R-Design, which was previously unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show.
The SUV that you can see in the above pictures differs from the standard version with a set of 20-inch wheels with black accents, a black grille, a sportier bumper with LED fog lights and silver mirror covers. The Fire Red paint is also unique to this version.

Equipment-wise, the XC90 R-Design gets tinted windows, unique seats, a 12.3-inch infotainment system, a leather steering wheel, aluminum pedals, a black headliner and LED interior lighting.
In Europe, the XC90 R-Design is sold with different engines: a diesel, the T6 Drive-E that is available here, as well as the hybrid T8.
Volvo UK just made the XC90 R-Design available for ordering at a price of 49,785 pounds, or around $100,000; if this version is ever sold here, it should be a little less expensive, since the regular XC90 starts at $60,700.
