First Images Of The 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class
Mercedes-Benz just put up the first images of its GLC SUV. If the name doesn’t ring a bell, that’s because until last year it was known as the GLK, but now the SUV has been renamed to follow the German manufacturer’s new nomenclature.
The vehicle follows Mercedes-Benz’s new styling cues, which makes it somewhat similar to the GLA. If you look more closely however, you start to pick up subtle C-Class cues. Inside, it’s much the same; the midsize sedan’s interior pretty much carries over.

A selection of engines will be available throughout the world, but North America will only receive a few of them, among them a turbocharged 2-litre developing 241 horsepower and 274 pound-feet of torque. Like other Mercedes-Benz products, you can choose to add the 4MATIC AWD system.
The Car Guide’s own Costa Mouzouris is currently attending the GLC’s unveiling, and you will be able to read all of his impressions soon.
