Rezvani Beast: If The Ariel Atom Is Too Boring

Rezvani recently announced that they were about to unveil their very first car. While we were somewhat skeptical about a new manufacturer launching a vehicle out of thin air, it seems that they managed to pull it off: discover the Rezvani Beast, a small 2-seater sports car built for performance.

Built over the skeleton of an Ariel Atom 3, the Beast receives bodywork made out of carbon fibre. The Beast is powered by the same engine found in the Atom, a 2.4-litre four-cylinder fitted with a supercharger. However, Rezvani went ahead and added a turbo on top of all that, so the mill now generates 500 horsepower. Since the whole vehicle only weighs 748 kg, it can get from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.7 seconds.

If you want a Beast, you will have to be patient, as they are made to order. You will also have to fork over $165,000 when the car does arrive…
