This Is The 2016 Honda Pilot
To drum up interest for its newest full-size Pilot SUV, the manufacturer just teased us with a picture of the upcoming vehicle.
As far as teaser shots go, this is a pretty good one: we can expect the 2016 Honda Pilot to boast more fluid lines, and more rounded front and back ends. The windows will be less angular, and we can even see some nice accents between the arches, which will be refreshing since the current model looks like it’s been designed using an axe.

Honda’s Los Angeles and Ohio design studios were tasked with creating the new SUV, and according to them, we can expect some drastic changes inside and out.
Engine-wise, we have no definitive answers, but we suspect that the 3.5 litre V6 that is currently used in other Honda and Acura models will end up powering the new Pilot.
We will have to wait for the first press day of the Chicago Auto Show on February 12 to learn more. Rumours are also swirling that we might hear about the upcoming fate of the Honda Ridgeline, since it shares a platform with the Pilot.
UPDATE: Here are the pictures of the 2016 Honda Pilot, unveiled in Chicago.
