The Wait is Almost Over for the 2015 Ford Mustang
Speculation is rife and all kinds of assumptions have been swirling around regarding the new Ford Mustang. It’s predicted to have a nose resembling the Taurus with possibly a 3.7-litre V6, four-cylinder, 2.3-litre turbo (EcoBoost) or even a turbocharged 600-horsepower V8. The platform is brand new and the car would weigh up to 200 pounds (90 kg) less than the current generation. Heresy among the heresies, rumors also speak of an independent rear suspension. Fortunately, we have not heard of a front-wheel drive rumor yet!
On Thursday, December 5, Ford will officially unveil the sixth generation of its popular pony car and all the rumors will be put to rest. This unveiling will occur simultaneously in six cities (Dearborn Michigan, New York, Los Angeles, Barcelona, Shanghai and Sydney, Australia.
