2014 North American Car of the Year & Truck of the Year Contenders Announced
The North American Car and Truck of the Year award (NACOTY ) is a prestigious award first given in 1994. The jury is composed of 50 veteran automotive journalists from the U.S. and Canada who evaluate vehicles that set new benchmarks ion their respective classes.
To be eligible, a vehicle must have been substantially changed from the year before and go on sale shortly after the award ceremony which takes place during the North American International Autoshow in January.
