The Audi family adds another member in 2013, the RS5 Cabriolet. This elegant 4-seater uses a 450 horsepower 4.2l naturally aspirated V8 capable of propelling the vehicle to 100 km/hr (62 mph) in 4.9 seconds. Top speed is limited to 250 km/hr (155 mph). The RS5 Cabriolet is equipped with the excellent quattro all-wheel drive system and a seven-speed S-tronic gearbox.
The insulated top folds neatly inside the trunk and can be raised or lowered at speeds up to 50 km/hr (30 mph).
Inside, the dashboard sports large white on black background indicators and the electrically operated sport seats are upholstered in leather and alcantara. Climate-controlled seats with a ventilation feature are available.
