Chrysler Debuts First Factory Wireless Charging Mat
by Dan Fritter
It makes perfect sense, doesn't it, to have a mat placed somewhere in the centre console of your car that allows you to charge your wireless devices without the ugly and often in the way 12 volt accessory charger?
Well, for that past few years, if that was something that you simply had to have in your car, you needed to visit your local aftermarket supplier to source and install one. But, with the debut of the new Dodge Dart, you won't. Available as an optional extra, this Mopar-branded accessory will tip the scales at roughly $200 and be compatible with Blackberry, Apple, and Android devices so long as they have the appropriate charging case fitted.
