Chevrolet Uses Rally Colorado Concept to Showcase Global Truck
The Chevrolet Colorado has never managed to fill the old S10’s boots. Initially, it was the odd five cylinder engine that earned it a few snide comments, and then it was the 5.3L V8’s fuel economy and age that drew the ire of critics when the V8 version debuted. But it hasn’t helped that throughout these powertrain problems, the Colorado’s just never had too much of a personality.
This concept would definitely change that.
Called the Rally Colorado Concept, this concept features a whackload of drool-worthy equipment ranging from the 305/60-R18 tires to the winch bumpers, off-road suspension, and light arrays. Looking ready to tackle just about any terrain, the Rally Colorado would make an awesome addition to Chevy’s new enthusiast-driven lineup, and would provide Chevy shoppers with their first real, honest-to-goodness off-road vehicle.
